When our Marketing Director resigned, Sunnie quickly stepped up to the plate and took over the high-level marketing responsibilities for the company, as well as continuing to execute her previous responsibilities seamlessly. Shortly thereafter, the difficult decision was made by our parent company to lay-off half of our staff, and once again, Sunnie came through for the company. Not only did she take on the Marketing Assistant’s duties, but also helped bridge the gap of the Inside Sales Representative vacancy as well. Again, Sunnie was recognized for her dedication and management abilities, and was promoted to Marketing Manager in early 2017.
Throughout her employment at CoolTouch, Sunnie has shown impressive initiative, drive, and the exceptional ability to multitask and organize priorities. Among her main achievements, Sunnie successfully managed a company-wide rebranding effort; Managed and planned over twenty-five tradeshows and events; Created multiple marketing campaigns generating over $300,000 in sales in 2016 alone; and was a key contributor and the project manager for a new and highly innovative UI/UX system for our newest medical laser device.
In terms of character, Sunnie is an honest, smart, dependable, and hard-working team player. She is a quick study, learning then mastering jobs, and eagerly taking on projects that require the use of her creativity and initiative.
